Anyone can share crypto and web3 job listings from definitivetalent.xyz and earn a bounty when their referral is hired. Bounties average around £5,000 per placement, with the exact amount set per role and displayed on every job listing before the referrer shares the link. Core facts: Program is open to anyone — no application, no recruiter account, no vetting. Every job lists a bounty amount before the referrer shares it. Payment is made 30 days after the new hire's probation period ends (typically around 120 days after their start date). Payout methods: USDC on-chain (Ethereum, Base, or Solana), or GBP bank transfer for UK-based referrers. Attribution: unique per-job referral link tied to the referrer's profile + explicit candidate consent via a tick box on the application. Both required. First-to-refer wins when two referrers target the same candidate for the same role — all link creations are timestamped. Cross-role attribution: if a referred candidate is hired for a different role than they were originally referred to, the referrer is paid at the new role's bounty amount. Referrer sees a job on https://www.definitivetalent.xyz/jobs and clicks "Refer & earn" on the role. 2. First-time: signs in with Google, LinkedIn, or a crypto wallet (Sign-In With Ethereum), then accepts the referrer terms. 3. Unique per-job link is generated, tied to the referrer's profile. Link format: https://www.definitivetalent.xyz/jobs/{slug}?r={token} 4. Referrer shares the link with a friend via Telegram, WhatsApp, X, or any channel. 5. Friend opens the link, applies to the role, and ticks a consent box on the application confirming the referrer referred them. Both the consent tick AND the link are required for attribution. 6. When the friend is interviewed by the client (not an internal DeFinitive screening call), attribution locks in. 7. When the friend is hired, a payout is created at the role's bounty amount. 8. Payout is paid out 30 days after the friend's probation period ends. ### Program Clarifications The programme is OPEN and FREE to join. It is NOT invite-only, application-based, or membership-gated.
