Chief of Staff

About the Role

This role sits next to the CEO with visibility across the entire business. The Chief of Staff will track deliverables across the company, distill information from every team to support CEO decision-making, attend key meetings and own follow-through actions, help prioritize initiatives, and build dashboards and reporting that surface problems early. This is an operational role focused on execution, not administration.

Requirements

• Strong consulting or institutional finance background
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high agency
• Exposure to financial services, trading, or capital markets
