Requirements

Proven experience leading engineering teams in scaling product environments
Strong understanding of modern software delivery and engineering operations
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development workflows and productivity tooling
Ability to balance technical leadership with product thinking
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping define roadmap and priorities
Happy working remotely across Europe with occasional travel to Budapest roughly monthly or bi-monthly

Salary

Up to $150k
